- Create an extra database and fill it with data to be shared (detailed instructions for Android, iOS, Windows & Mac).
- Create a separate cloud account to store and sync the shared database file (Android, iOS, Windows & Mac).
- Give users cloud account username and password, as well as the name of the extra database and its master password.
To access your data users need to restore that extra database on their devices (choose Restore from cloud when creating new extra database)
